While cruising Pinterest, (a favorite activity of mine) I came across a very cute idea for making paper wristwatches at Creativewithkids.com. I decided to add to the lesson a bit as a review of telling time to the hour and half hour. Here is what I cam eup with!
We started with a review of time and an intro to the activity. Each child received a paper watch and a recording sheet. The first step was to read their OWN watch and write the time next to their name on the recording sheet. I decided to make this a language lesson for the students as well and we practiced the senetences below. After this practice, the children walked around to their classmates and asked to look at the watches.

They had to write the digital times that corresponded to their firends' analog watches.
This activity was a perfect activity for the end of the day on a Friday!!!
